Our bus
We made our bus using empty milk cartons. The children sang “Kōra bilen hela Tiden” as we painted the bus. Then they were so proud to both cut the paper, and to make the wheels to the bus. In addition the children also mixed different colors, and as a result they experienced the outcome of new colors.
Vi gjorde vår buss med hjälp av tomma mjölkkartonger. Barnen sjöng “Köra bilen hela tiden”medans vi målade vår buss. De var sedan oerhört stolta över hur de klippte i pappret och hur de gjorde hjulen till bussen. De fick dessutom chansen att blanda olika färger och fick därmed lära sig om hur färger blandar sig med varandra.
Mirror frame painting
We did our frame painting as a group activity. We all picked different colors and painted the frames, the final outcome was excellent. We then moved over to fixing the mirrors, it was quite a tough job but we all managed to do it together!
Vi hade en aktivitet där vi målade spegelramar. Barnen valde olika färger och målade ramarna. De var ett klurigt jobb men vi lyckades till slut och resultatet blev jättebra!
Letterland
We colored the first letter of each child’s name. Then they picked different items – such as pasta, desiccated coconut, instant coffee, coffee powder, sugar, oats, to decorate their letters. They got the opportunity to taste, smell and feel the different items.
Vi färglade den första bokstaven i varje barns namn. Sedan valde barnen olika typer av dekorationer, såsom pasta, kokos, snabbkaffe, kaffe pulver, socker, havre och annat för att dekorera deras bokstav. De fick även chans att smaka och att känna på de olika dekorationerna.
We are the world
During this term we celebrated both earth day and peace day. We talked about the IPS ideology – that we are all the same and have the same rights and value even if we come from different parts of the world. We used paper, pasta and photos to make and decorate our own world.
Under den här terminen har vi firat både fredsdagen och jorden-dagen. Vi pratade om vår ideologi på förskolan och att vi alla har samma rättigheter och värde även om vi kommer från olika delar av världen. Vi använde pasta, papper och foton för att göra och dekorera vår Egna värld.

Our science project
The difference between ice and water. We mixed food coloring and water and then freezed it in a ball. Then we placed the big ice cube on the table and poured warm water. Then the children experienced that the ice cube easily melts with warm water. In addition they experienced the temperature difference between ice and water. After this, we did messy play with ice cubes, water and food coloring which the children loved!
Skillnaden mellan is och vatten. Vi blandade färg och vatten för att sedan frysa det till en boll. Vi placerade sedan isbollen på bordet och hällde varmt vatten på den. Barnen fick uppleva hur isbollen smälte med varmt vatten mycket lätt. De fick dessutom uppleva skillnaden i temperatur mellan is och vatten under övningen. Efter detta hade vi “messy play” med iskubar, vatten och färg vilket barnen var överförtjusta i!
Paper plate ladybugs
The is is our activity to appreciate the ladybug-group. We cut plates into two and painted them. Then stick black dots, and made our beautiful ladybugs. The children said that they thought they painted beautifully.
Nyckelpigor gjorda av papperstallrikar
Den här aktiviteten gjorde vi för art uppmärksamma nyckelpige-gruppen. Först klippte vi papperstallrikarna i två delar och sedan målade vi dem. När de hade torkat klistrade barnen fast prickar och ögon. De tyckte att de själva målade väldigt fint.
